1. Make a lunch schedule. Balance your meals! Add some fruit and veggies:) Add some sweets once a week.
Ex. Monday: ham and cheese, strawberries, chips, and juice/water
Tuesday: PBJ sandwich, carrots, chips, and juice/water
Wednesday: cheese and crackers, apple sauce, veggie chips, oreos, juice/water
Thursday: soup/spaghetti O's, yogurt, apple, juice/water
Friday: bagel, pretzels and hummus, celery, juice/water
2. Buy your uniform or new outifits for the year.
3. Read Summer Reading 10-20 minutes everyday during Summer. You can read at night before you go to bed. Reading can help you fall asleep!
4. Buy school supplies!!!
5. Visit your doctor for a check-up!
